Order Processing
Order processing may take 7-15 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping and handling fees depend on the shipping method you select at checkout and the time of order placement (within one week). Shipping and handling fees may also vary depending on applicable promotional offers (if any).

We will ship using standard DHL/UPS/USPS express services. Please note that orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled before shipment. If you have already paid but need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Unclaimed Orders
We are not responsible for packages returned due to refusal, unclaimed, undeliverable, or incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs/Taxes/Remittance Fees
Customs and sales tax are borne by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for relevant fees. Also note that in rare cases, customs may delay the delivery of some packages.
