Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must submit a return or refund request within 3 business days of receiving the item. If a return is due to our error, we will do our best to ensure a fast and fair processing.
For returns (except samples), the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
You will need to provide the following information: order number, the item and quantity to be returned, and the reason for the return. (Please provide photos and videos of the damaged or incorrect item).
After approval, you will receive the address of the nearest warehouse where you can mail the returned product.
Please pack the item well and return it in its original packaging.
Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your package.
